This is a recent purchase. I think UNC - but where in that range?
Thanks in advance

MS64 if UNC and no problems
** 1835 Large Cent for grading opinions**
One thing I’m certain of is that it is not a large cent….As far as the grade, maybe 63? I really like the color and skin, especially on the reverse.
64BN - really nice one!

Most of the “marks” in the obverse field are clashed dies. Do you know what clashed dies are? 😉

64BN Very neat clash marks.

Those are clash marks from where the obverse and reverse dies came together without a coin blank between them.
I would say MS-64, Brown.
64 BN nice color
Thanks all. The clash marks are very cool.
Could 64- I like it

That's a nice looking coin. Interesting to see the broken L in Liberty. Really looks like it was well taken care of.

Not knowledgeable enough to attempt
to assign a grade, but that’s a clean coin right there. Nice eye appeal. 👍🏻
(to clarify, I mean clean, not cleaned)
Having fun while switching things up and focusing on a next level PCGS slabbed 1950+ type set, while still looking for great examples for the 7070.
I also love the clash marks on the obverse, what are the two marks on the reverse protruding from under the top leaves. I thought scratches, but they appear to go under the berries and should leave marks on the berries if scratches. Just curious.
I believe it might just get the 64 grade.

I would say 63 or 64BN. Nice example.
63 on a bad day. Likely it’s 64.
Terrific coin!
At the very beginning of the year, I got one similar to that, and I have had a hell of a time finding a nice piece of problem free copper that works for me. 👍

62 BN on a bad day
There’s some roughness at 1200 on the reverse. This could be due to slight planchet corrosion or die rust.
I like it and that's all that counts.
Nice coin , very nice 63
I'm in the 64 camp also
Nice looking coin

61/62. The obverse light reflection is not allowing proper evaluation.
There is some corrosion around states of. I think it would straight grade mint state at a TPG though.
I think it’s time for a reveal.
It's raw
A good lookin 1/2cent
ill go with a 64 as well, nice coin
That's a very nice half cent! It looks like it will probably grade MS63BN.

Arrived today. It made 64. I am very happy with the result.
The second pic is better than the first one. I was concerned with what may have been rub on the hair above the ER re the first pic. First pic also exaggerates contact marks on obverse.
