Forum bug report

When I go to view a long thread that has a lot of pages, the content on the last few pages is invisible.
For example, the thread "Random picture thread for Friday". Page 467 displays fine. But for pages 468 and up, the posted content is missing (but the upper and lower page navigation bars are there and show pages beyond 467).
I am using Widows 10 and Firefox.
This is what page 468 looks like:

Might it make more sense to start new threads when they get to be a few hundred pages?

Same issues for me.
Same problem with the humor thread. You need to go back a few pages to see the recent posts.

Here is a previous thread on it started on Aug 30. So it has been around a little while for some. Indicates that all the content or most recent content is there but there are extra blank pages. Is this the same?

We're going to need a lot of people to reply to this thread to recreate the issue
Thanks Doc.
The Coin Roll and Mint Set Hunting thread now has a ghost page no. 138.

Thank you Mod!
I just ran into the same issue as @dcarr and I'm using Chrome on Windows 10.

Also worth noting, the thread "Please post your Seated Liberty images" has the "jump to most recent unread post" mechanism broken - maybe others are experiencing the same thing?

Other threads have this problem. You have to scroll through several previously read posts to get to the unread posts. This problem has been around for awhile.

Help Wanted :
One Cumulonimbus cloud , low miles.
Must have soft maintenance and able to handle micro photos.
It seems the more pages there are in a thread, the more blank pages there are at the end.
"The forum needs a little humor": 675 pages with content, 5 blank pages at the end.
"Random picture thread for Friday": 467 pages with content, 4 blank pages at the end.
"Dan Carr's latest": 218 pages with content, 1 blank page at the end.
"Anyone want to share their new purchases?": 144 pages with content, 1 blank page at the end.
"THE FAMOUS (or INfamous) "COIN UNO" GAME THREAD": 140 pages with content, 1 blank page at the end.
"Please post your Seated Liberty images.": 95 pages with content, no blank pages at the end.
I think that's because the ones with the most activity have gotten the most new posts since the bug started.

Inadvertently we posted a lost of our longest threads.

Quite a few threads just go to the end of the thread instead of your next unviewed post. This has happened for about a month.

Still can't access the Humor forum or the Friday forum
After you open the thread, just go back a few pages using the << button and you'll find all the recent posts.

@PerryHall Started with the New Purchases thread as well.
It left the coin roll thread.

Hello is there an update?
when I looked this morning, there were some 60 new posts on this thread, but nothing new showed up. still many blank pages. The new postings imply that people are still posting to the thread but are these posts successful? Can folks who actually make a post see them after they have done so? At least for me, the problem still exists, new postings don't show up. Any update on remedy?
You just need to click on the previous page to get the latest posts to show up, on some you have to go back more than one page to get the latest to show up. It’s too much trouble for some people, and others don’t know that you have to view the previous pages to get the latest to show up, so the new posts don’t get as many views and responses, but the hardcore regulars that post all the time in those threads haven’t slowed down much.

This problem is back -- both "Carr's latest" and the humor thread are empty on the last page.

It's not back. It was never fixed!!!
The same problem exists on the random picture thread. You need to click the page back button (<<) a few times to find the most recent postings.

It's still being worked on.
