Been slow for me recently, but just bought this one for my PSA Iconic 90’s Cards Griffey registry set. Pop 10, 1 higher. 1st year Topps Chrome insert.

Been watching this card for a few years, always loved the image. Large majority are way off L/R. This one is graded appropriately, there is paper loss on the back but front is beautiful.
I always liked Catfish. He was an underrated pitcher as a 5-time World Series Champion. I recently picked up his first solo card, a 1966 Catfish Hunter.
I’m a big hunter fan too. Folks like to bag on his stats but he was pretty awesome and just a winner.
The fastest pitcher (Catfish Hunter) to 200 wins since Christy Mathewson Then …arm problems ended his career early preventing him from 300 wins . He ended with 224 wins.
Some hard to find tickets I landed. There are none on the PSA pop report.
1986 Barry Bonds 1st, 2nd, and 3rd career run, 3rd career game, and his 1st series.
1970 Terry Bradshaw and Mel Blount Road debut, 2nd career game
1976 Men's Final. Bjorn Borg's 1st Wimbledon Title.
1975 KISS: The Final Hotter than Hell show
Terry Bradshaw was AMAZING!!

I absolutely love cards like this where the technical grade is dragged down by a flaw on the reverse, but the front image just blows you away. Great find!
Thanks! I am actually trying to make my purchases going forward more towards high end but the collector in me couldn’t pass on this one.
@mintonlypls
Beautiful Catfish!!👍
Kiss me twice.....let's party.
Just ripped a couple 2024 Spotlight Andy Friedman boxes that made my day at least.

Amazing that Mathewson was a Cincinnati Red and then was traded at age 19 I believe - what could have been….
Beautiful card !
Not in hand yet but won. Also won a blue version of The Black Widow. This one looks to have surface scratches but dig it anyway.
Hoping Will can shine this year. Think Vrabel was just a train wreck for developing young offensive players and have a ton more hope with Callahan.
Ive been getting into tickets more lately, but am still plugging away at my 1979 Topps auto'd set. Landed one of the big four monsters this weekend. (This, Aaron, Munson, Byron McLaughlin (which I have - look up his story if you are unfamiliar, its facinating) being the others.)
Now down to just 19 autos needed to complete the set!!!
Got this in today:
That's probably the coolest card I've seen in a long time. Congrats!
How much did it sale for is one of the funniest and most ignorant things I've ever heard.
A card I bought as a teenager in the mid 80's. I had mailed it away back then for an Autograph.
A POP 3 with 3 Higher.
George Kell is awesome and that's a great card.
Picked up this beautiful ‘65 OPC.
Holy ……
That’s a stunner.
Those holders are boss too even though we buy cards and not holders.
More shiny goodness.........
Added the final card to my 75 team set ....9.11 GPA
2004 spx
1989 topps psa 10
1959 phillies
Phillies of the 70's
Great stuff - keep 'em coming! My favorite so far has been the autographed Aaron/Maris card.
This one just came in the mail today. A tougher 67T high number, this is Maury Wills' first Topps card even though he was an 8 year veteran by then:
A new addition to my Killebrew Master set.
For the Football HOF set...
Way to go on this one! I know you are a big fan of Killebrew (as I was in his later playing days).
Thanks! I got to watch most of his career here with the Twins. Tremendous power and an even better person.
I wish PSA would be more reasonable with the cost of grading bottlecaps.
Picked these up at a local flea market. Think I paid $20 for all.
A card I bought as a teenager in the mid 80's. I had mailed it away back then to the Cowboys Address for an Autograph.
A POP 1 with None Higher.
i always like to look at high grade 75 topps.
Another PSA 10 for the Red Sox PC.
I know these don't really have much value, if any, but I just HAD to have it. Silly me.
I think whomever created that could have safely filled in JoeBanzai on the To: line!
Additions to the Hall Of Fame set...
Almost 65% at 8.99 GPA #21 overall
Some eBay purchases for the 1975 set. These are so hard to find with sharp print registration and good color. Does anyone else compare examples to determine what the "correct" color for a particular card should be?
What a stunning image! It feels like he is standing right in front of me. Congratulations on this card!
Finally landed a nice Kaat RC 7

Born without a right hand, quite an amazing story. Threw a no hitter in 1993 and also pitched for my Brewers during his last season 25 years ago. Tiffany rookie.

That's awesome. I just sent in a stack of HOF autographs I got as a kid in the 80s for last month's special. Several have passed since then but no Brooks. Can't wait to get them back.
For the 61 auto set:
Jim had a great 1970 season. During the 1970 All-Star game, he was the batter who knocked in Pete Rose when Pete knocked down Ray Fosse!
I WILL win this card and I don't care what the hell I need to pay !!!

These just arrived from PSA yesterday. So stoked to have them in my collection.
