Possible new 2020 "Bat Quarter" error...or?

Hello. I'm new to all this and have been unable to get information regarding this 2020 US quarter I've been told could have a unique minting error. I have no idea (see profile pic) 
... A rare coin dealer in Santa Rosa, CA told me about this forum but would not venture to give his opinion because (he said) he was not an expert in minting errors. Hopefully somebody in this forum will have an opinion. Thank you! Dianne
