    I'm still waiting......................

The email chain I forward stretched back to Jan 22, so maybe it was prioritized.

Nothing is as expensive as free money.

Thanks @ alaura22. I just sent the email to Emilio. I'll post if he releases my coin.

As an aside...I have another issue with the registry. I have two coins that are shown in one set without a problem, but cannot be added to other sets. I have tried contacting PCGS with no reply for several days. Is Emilio the one to contact for this issue?

I'm guessing PCGS is so focused on profits that it has drastically reduced service......

One of my comments was removed. Anyway, thanks to alaura22. I have tried that. Still waiting.

Also, i have a 2024 piece that i can add to inventory but not to sets. This is more understandable...the coin probably is not yet recognized as part of the set since it is 2024....

    They all should be added

    Here we go again
I won a coin on GC on Feb 02.
The cert wasn't released by the seller
I did the remove the cert from the PCGS site
5 days later PCGS sent me an email saying that they want dated photos, which I have
The problem is I can't send them because the ACTIVITY PAGE DOESN'T WORK!!!!!
I sent the photos to Emilio but I'm still waiting for the coin to be released
What a shame that we have to go through this because of SELFISH SELLERS
I'm getting to the point where if I see a coin in an auction and it is in someone's registry I WON'T BID ON IT!!!
The auction companies have to get involved or they will see less bids on the coins they have in your auctions!

It may not be because of sellers’ selfishness, but I may also avoid bidding on coins that are showing in another’s registry, unless I am communicating directly with the owner. Not worth hours of time pleading into the ether at PCGS.

Nothing is as expensive as free money.

  • That's a good plan. I'm having issues too. Anybody know why 'Activity' page isn't working? I'm thinking of building my next registered set with other slabs.

At this point I'm convinced somebody in the office probably unplugged a network hub so they could plug in their phone charger to watch netflix at work :-/

Well, at their desk -- it's clear they're not "working" there.. :-(

I've been trying to add the same coin since January. No response from PCGS. I just sent off my fourth request.

Guess I have to re-learn the definition of insanity....

Reading and gathering all information here, it's TomB's fault obviously. Always thought that fella needed an eye kept on him.

Call PCGS Set Registry. 877-888-1318 Emilio helped get a coin released for me after I sent a photo of coin with current daily newspaper.

I was very fortunate recently with a coin I had purchased.

I typically don't participate in the registry to any degree, but I do list cert numbers of my coins in the inventory section and a coin I had purchased showed up as being in the inventory of a private set. Seventeen minutes after I filled out the online request to remove the coin from the other set, I received an automated email from PCGS that the coin had been removed. Of course, PCGS did nothing proactive to get the coin removed and it was simply the previous owner who did so when the request came through, but at 2:00 AM I was pretty surprised that someone else would be so quick.

You're lucky, you had a seller that cares
Mine on the other hand is a selfish POS
