Life is going by way too fast. Enjoy every day. I graduated from high school 50 years ago today, June 6, 1974.
Post a 1974 dated coin, medal, or token. How about a 1974 error coin if you have one?

Time flies when you’re having fun!
I don’t have any coins from that year…will my user name suffice? 😁

Welcome from another member of the Class of 1974! No coins here, just lots of wrinkles.
Heading to the BEP in D.C. today in honor of the event.

LOL!! Will it get worse?
I too am a member of the class of 1974, graduating in early June.
Show us 1974 gold in celebration! I don't have any. Cheers to you Sir!!
And am a youngster as my 50th is next year...
Well, just Love coins, period.
Congrats! Heres one I picked up from you.

I don’t have any errors, but here’s one from my proof quarters set:
No 1974 coins but I thought this was appropriate.

I graduated June 7th, a day after you.
Found in my change yesterday
It is my 50th too! Wish I still had my '74 Camaro.
I graduated High School June 6, 1980, forty-four years ago today. Time marches on.
74 Grad as well. I wouldn't have any idea what precise day it was. Sometime around June 3-6.

Days can be long but the years are short!

I graduated from High School 56 years ago today. June 6,1968.
You're all just BABIES! 63 years for me.
I too am a graduate of 1974. Where has the time gone? When someone figures it out, please let me know. Had 308 in my graduating class and we’ve yet to have a class reunion. Maybe when we’re all in wheelchairs! Sorry but no errors from ‘74.
Dang, what a bunch of ‘ol timers!’😉
It’s only been 42 years for me!😂
Damn ya'll are old right behind you 1985.
This one is MS64 but have a 66 getting graded now.
Class of '74 here as well.
I graduated High School in 1979, the last of the 70's! The die lines on this Lincoln are starting to look like lines on my face!
I HATED High School and skipped A LOT!! I was a REBEL!! LOL!!
College was where I truly excelled, both educationally and socially, and where I had great experiences and memories.

Ditto here...

@MWallace My 50th is next year. My parents were thrilled. Now I
know why, I didn't amount to anything, but I had a diploma.
@Walkerfan I also skipped A LOT , especially my senior year.
Drank A LOT and smoked reefer.
Any of you go to the class reunions? I never did. Most of the
time I found out too late.
My 40th will be this year. I might go. I’ve only been to about half of my reunions. I loved to drink beer, but the reefer made me too paranoid and anxious, so I tried it a few times, but didn’t really like it. lol

Dear M Wallace, Congratulations on a very important milestone. It's all good. Seriously, you made it to this point in life many have not the privilege. Sincerely, Michael
I had a pretty blue 1975 Camaro. Darn if I could keep the ass end from jumping around on corners
The photo is somewhat out of focus but you get the idea.
I'm also 40 years as of tomorrow. Reunion scheduled for October.

Class of 64. I too missed most of my senior year, boring. College was great, met my wife in my freshman year and we are still together. Missed all the reunions. Don't have any modern coinage from '74 unless it's in the poket change bucket.
Time certainly has flown, that I can agree with.

@MWallace
Dang, you're OLD!
I was still in grade school!!

I had a silver one with a maroon vinyl top. Drove mine home new from the dealer and added side pipes, wide rear tires, air shocks, 8 track and 6 X 9's in the back dash!
Blue , blue hardtop, white interior, spent too much time chasing the girls with it. LOL Funny thing nothing really bothered back then going to the local college and owning that car kept me in a state of life.
I managed a couple of them it’s a time warp nothing quite like getting high and skipping class at 45 or 50 years old.
Edit. Ya know what I meant right 🥹
Geez guys, making me feel like a baby over here! I'm class of 2024 - doesn't seem too long ago.

When did your parents and grandparents graduate from high school?
Not sure of the exact year, but I'd say mid-1980s.

A lot of us here are much closer to our end than to our beginning.
Maybe great grand parents.................

Class of '64. The beginning of the demise of 90% silver coins. I miss the ringing music that I would create when I had a small handful of them in my pants pocket while waiting in line to score some rolls at the bank. Those were the days ..........
LOL! I can rest easy now in knowing I was not the only one!
50 cheers for 50 years! I don’t have a 1974, but how about a 1950 for the 50 years?
Get out the brew & reefer LOL
