Oh, whoops - the shortage is 250 million ounces, not a couple hundred thousand ounces. Makes a difference, eh?

That's better. For how many years has this magnitude of shortage existed.

The Silver Institute reports this number as well, so you disparaged their analysis earlier, do you support it now?

Nothing has changed (other than the number that I incorrectly mentioned (off the top of my head.) I have no reason to think that Bix Weir’s comments about the Silver Institute’s under reporting of solar consumption are incorrect. He’s the one closely tracking the data and having first-hand interactions with the principals involved.

Do YOU have any other information, other than to disparage what I’ve reported?

There is a good current interview with Ed Steer (a partner of Ted Butler, who is now deceased) about the silver market on Liberty and Finance’s YouTube channel.

He gives an overview of the movements of silver bullion around the world’s exchanges, the bullion banks, the condition of the banking system, and the dwindling physical supplies of silver.

Anyone who has a legitimate interest in silver investment or speculation will find it interesting.

Dude these guys have been spewing the great gutter shortage lie for 30 years. They are gutter salesmen, nothing more. if 10% of what they claimed were true gutter would certainly be able to make it to and hold $30. LOL THKD!

The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.

First, I sleep very well without the need to have my finger on a hair trigger trying to guess SLV’s next move.

The fact that I’m bringing these interviews to your attention is simply because I find them credible. Times have indeed changed, particularly in the worlds of finance and in precious metals.

    Be advised.

It always does before it goes up . What's new ?

I don’t like to say I told you so, but I sold a lot in St Louis a couple weeks ago. Now I get to repeat myself again. Buy the dips and do flips.

It could happen as the price is rigged IMO.

I also hope so as I'll be buying a boat load of the shiny stuff.
