This 1917 Buffalo Nickel is an outstanding addition to any coin collection. With an Uncirculated condition, this coin has never been used and has no signs of wear and tear. The 5C denomination and Buffalo design make it a classic piece of American history. Struck in a Business strike type at the Philadelphia mint location, this coin was manufactured in the United States. It is also uncertified, giving you the opportunity to have it graded to your liking. Don't miss out on the chance to own this exceptional coin. https://www.ebay.com/itm/355490515397?

A letter I have received more than once over the years was some variation of "I have a penny that says "ONE CENT" on it. It was typically a wheat cent where the denomination was different than and/or more prominent than on a Lincoln Memorial cent.

Why does PCGS even grade and slab these coins? One of the things they should list on the label is "Worthless."
Because people pay them to do it. The coins aren't worthless, they are worth face value.
They will grade any coin you send them if you pay them to do it. (some exceptions, like counterfiets)

I don’t see the problem here in fact it clearly states it’s already had a genuine cleaning by none other than PCGS.
Edit: and it has details!
I reported this one, here was ebay's reply.

That's a pretty good replica. I would pay 10 or 20 bucks for it and pop it in the "RARE" slot in a LibNick Whitman Folder.
