64FH. There looks to be a trace of fingerprint or surface oxidant in places & only a couple of marks. The knee and leg of liberty look absent of mark/wear. I'll go with CAC

@tradedollarnut : not carbon, black gunk, corrosion, or toning. Just a minor surface scuff/ chatter concentrated in that area.
