I'd like better photos. But I'm concerned. The date looks wrong

The date style looks correct - but, the "2" seems to pop a bit in the photo - could just be the way the light falls on it?
Agree with AU50 technical wear, but looks to have been aggressively cleaned or polished awhile ago.
Kind of a white elephant coin - assuming it's genuine.
XF cleaned. Date does look weird but it might be part of the weak strike.
Another polished coin.
XF 45 cleaned
Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

XF45 cleaned is correct.
Don't like it.
Weak strike (well below average). It appears possibly to be "whizzed", especially on the central reverse.
Whizzed was also what I had in mind.
Smitten with DBLCs.
Not a fan. Looks genuine, but certainly cleaned and should be in a details holder. EF Details seem about right.
And a TPG holder is probably where it should be, so that there's no question on the authenticity.
I can forgive a lot more on a tough date than a common coin. AU-50 details.
The coin isn't that bad but it has been worked with.

“We are only their care-takers,” he posed, “if we take good care of them, then centuries from now they may still be here … ”
