This is not my best but it’s very nice
That's tough for me. I have several AU58 walkers that i feel all could be posted as my "single best." Even though this 34D is great I think my 34S is just as nice so a tough choice. From David Kahn.
Not my rarest or most valuable, but the cameo look with the gold fields and frosty devices is unique, and it’s a 16S to boot. The images doesn’t do it justice:

This is a nice 1891 Low Shield without JEB London Half Sovereign. Still reeling that the graders only have this a AU58. I was convinced it was an MS62 … I never properly manage my grading expectations!!!
Currently looking for Proof Half Sovereigns…….

This would be my favorite ‘58 and has everything going for it (for me)… luster, strike, unmolested surfaces with no adjustment marks, dings or hairlines… plus it’s a crusty beast.

PCGS has graded 1,365 Ike dollars with the AU58 grade. They have graded a single AU58+ (for the entire series).
Here is that lone example:

It is hard to pick a single best, but this is definitely one of my favorite AU58 twenty dollar libs. The strike is very strong with great detail on the hair, cheek and stars on the obverse, and eagle and shield on the reverse. The surfaces are devoid of any significant marks and only tiny ticks are noted around star 6 and a nick above the 1 in the date. Phil did a great job with the Trueview. I changed my avatar to the obverse image of this 1861 $20 about 8 years ago.
