To conclude my final thoughts ...

Apparently, @4for4 not only doesn't know much about football, he also doesn't know the meaning of "conclude" or "final". Four (!) posts in less than an hour after his final, conclusive thoughts. Attention Whore, thy name is @4for4!

This is for you @thisistheshow - Jim Rice was actually a pretty good player.

Nah, Bradshaw is better than any QB mentioned in this thread.

To any of the Bradshaw haters...., I would be more than happy to take any of your Bradshaw signed items, or rookie cards off your hands o:)

    Terry Bradshaw was AMAZING!!

    Absolutely.
Especially Captain America who threw low and behind a wide open receiver instead of throwing high and in front of him . Lol
Game of inches, and Captain America blew it. Just like when he threw 3 picks to Bradshaw’s 0 picks in their first SB encounter.
    He blew that game too.
We will discuss Fran some other time. Love this thread.
Very entertaining to hear the jealousy of the #1 All Decade QB.
    Lol. Jeff George. Lol

No thanks, green is all that matters. Bradshaw cards actually a good buy. He has popularity and his long stint on Fox has put him in the eyes of a couple generations. Plus his rookie card is hard to get in high grade.

Every receiver in NFL and College need to make that catch. Even most High School receivers. Good try, but it didn't land, now ask:

Now do the reverse. Show some of the acrobatic catches Lynn Swann made and ask, "Why is Terry Bradshaw getting all the credit for that catch in terms of his passer rating and team wins when guys like Jeff George could do just as well throwing a jump ball like that?" "Why aren't the offensive lineman getting a piece of that 'pie' as well?"

    Or

"Why is Terry Bradshaw getting credit for a bad pass in a playoff game that should have been an interception, but bounced back and Franco Harris caught it and ran it in 60 yards for a touchdown, and then when people look at Bradshaw's abysmal passing in that playoff game, they realize the passing was even worse because Bradshaw is getting credit for a touchdown pass and 60 extra yards passing even though Bradshaw made a horrible pass that should have been intercepted, only to be saved by one of his HOF teammates?"

Absolutely. It's not a perfect throw but it's also an extremely easy catch.

I damn near cried when Smith dropped that pass. I was a big fan of the pre-Jerry Cowboys, and a bigger fan of Cardinal legend Jackie Smith. Watching him end his career on that note was heartbreaking. And yes, he definitely should have caught it.
