Terrible news. I know that everyday that passes, none of us are getting any younger. But this year has been particularly hard for many on the forum. I didn’t know him personally, but I always enjoyed reading his comments and I know that he was a valued member of our community. This coin thing we have, we are, or at the least, become, like family. Many of us have never met, but we have conversed for decades. Nothing about losing a valued forum member is easy. RIP and you will not be forgotten.

Very sad news. James always had an encouraging word both publicly and privately and made many meaningful contributions to this forum. Truly sorry for the loss.
So sad to hear, but so wonderful to see what a great impact he had on so many here. Rick-O and Jz are probably watching us all and designing a new sticker for coins.............. Condolences to the family.
Oh no! R.I.P. my Colorado friend!!
I got to send him a package earlier this year with a Broncos coin he really wanted and some other goodies for him and the grandkids. He sent me some lovely family updates.
Clearly he will be so missed. I never got to meet him but I'm honored to have gotten to know him a bit.

Does anyone have a photo of James they can post? Since many of us have never met, it would be good to put a face to the name. Also, if anyone can link the obituary to this thread it would be appreciated.

Terrible news. I will miss @Jzyskowski1 on these boards. He was truly one of the good ones. God Speed.![:'( :'(](https://forums.collectors.com/resources/emoji/cry.png)
I am a newer collector (started April 2020), and I primarily focus on U.S. Half Cents and Type Coins. Early copper is my favorite.

Goodness... First Rick and now James... They were some of the first people I interacted here in my short tenure.
They will be sorely missed.
