I will answer no but then yes and then no but then yes again.
When on HA site I do not get the popup.
When I log into HA I will get the popup either initially or when logging out.
The next time I login I do not get the popup. Don't know if this will continue always as:
However, I delete out cookies a lot. After deleting out cookies it starts over and will get the popup the first time I login/out.
Here it is.

I'd be VERY leery of something like that !!!! Contact HA and ask if they know anything about it. Looks very suspicious to me !
Past transactions with: Lordmarcovan, WTCG, YogiBerraFan, Phoenin21, LindeDad, Coll3ctor, blue594, robkoll, Mike Dixon, BloodMan, Flakthat and others.
It isn't like Heritage takes any suggestions to heart. For at least ten years, I've complained about (1) constantly having to login, and much worse (2) the COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY USELESS "BEST MATCH" that always defaults during searches of past auctions. I mean, just how difficult is it, really, to simply remember my most recent sort choice?
As to those annoying popups, there is around a half-dozen pointless questions or polls or whatever that I have seen so far.
Sorry for the rant. It made me feel better for a few seconds, anyhow.
Yeah, Heritage couldn't care less about customer service. A few years ago, I bought a coin and used a CC that I never used anywhere else. A few days later someone from Dallas used my number to buy stuff on line. I reported it to Heritage and of course they couldn't even bother to call me back.

Right!? I hate that. I have my bookmarks for certain coins on GC, eBay, Stacks, all of them bring me right in, but get up for a coffee on HA and out you go. That and the watchlist has so much clutter you have to scroll down an entire page just to see any coin at all.
On the plus side they have a great selection of coins w/ great descriptions, and occasionally a really funny auctioneer. All in all, big fan.
Don't get me wrong - Heritage is always in my top four for coin destinations. But I cannot unilaterally call them "number one" until they fix just a very few nagging issues (including those mentioned above). And for now, until those intrusive "Qualtrics" popups go away, I think they fall to #4 on my list. I am headed to "a top-four competitor" as we speak, to see what's available this morning.

I haven't bought anything from them for many years and just noticed that their " premium" is now 20%. That's a little high in my book.
The Buyers Premium shouldn’t matter at all to a Buyer. Just adjust your max hammer bid to a lower price, so that with the BP you only pay what you want. Your competitor bidders, including me, do that all the time, and I’m the high bidder on many eye appealing HA coins! So to me, if there’s an eye appealing coin I want, it doesn’t matter if it’s listed by HA or Stacks (20%), Legend Auctions (17.5%), GC (10% - 12.5%), or DLRC or BS&T (0%). Just do the easy math to take the bp into account!
In theory the 20% bp should be of concern to SELLERS, since the bidders do indeed adjust their max hammer bids to take into account the 20% bp. As such, consignors are receiving less. However, depending on the dollar volume of your consignment (and possibly the nature of the coins), consignors often negotiate to receive greater than 100% of the final hammer bid.

A day without fine wine and working on your coin collection is like a day without sunshine!!!

Is it possible you have a virus or something? My cat knows more about computers than I do, but I have no such pop ups.

No, but I receive the annoying "you've been outbid" messages.
I continue to have massive issues with Ha.com
But feel like.it is on my side... no idea
You can stop those by bidding higher.
You have a point.
