How does the bidding work in the closing moments? Is it like Ebay or is there a live auction like Heritage?

    Maybe it’s just me and for better or worse, I’ve never found GC to be “snipe friendly”. The bidding process seems a bit more cumbersome and lacks the transactional speed of an eBay snipe attempt.

    As I said in my disclaimer, it might be due to my low tech approach but that’s my experience.

    I'm with @pointfivezero

    Terrible sniping site UNLESS you only want one lot ... then, pretty similar to eBay. The problem with GC is if you see four or five from the same series, you probably wont have enough time to complete a bid on consecutive or close to consecutive lots due to the "transactional speed"

    Just place all the bids at one time with the multi bidding option in your watchlist. It’s very close to snipe bids

    I had to go look to see if I was missing something. If your statement is correct, I still am. I see no "multi bidding option" on GC

    @habaraca This is true! :D:pB)

    That option isn’t available for all. There is a note that it’s for VIP clients (and I don’t know how they determine who is a VIP).
