All I can add to this is that Andy is one of the top notch dealers in the industry along with his wife Alynne. Not sure what the OP was getting at or if they were majorly buzzed on some substance.

I really find this rather unkind. He speaks 4 languages and you're criticizing him for English not being his best? He makes an effort to be part of this community. He should be welcomed.

Really unnecessary. Perhaps if you PM’d with him you would like and understand him. Otherwise, as said, really juvenile to hammer someone dealing with English. How many languages do you speak or write? And how well. Sorry to bother you with this but you normally don’t lower yourself to this base level.

Thanks for jumping back into your conversation, but I am now more confused... so, you did not buy the coin, but you are happy with the way the dealer showed and presented the coin? Or, you bought the coin and received the coin before payment as a courtesy? Or, something else entirely?

In the end... I am glad you are happy. And, Angel Dees has a great reputation. I don't know that I will ever understand the circumstances of the sale (or non-sale), but maybe that doesn't matter. Maybe all that matters is you had a good experience and you wanted to praise Angel Dees. That's good enough for me.

Andy is a great guy and happy to say he has been my friend and mentor for a couple of decades when it comes to buffalo nickels, my passion. He is the kind of man that will offer you advice if you’re willing to open your mind and listen even if you didn’t make a purchase from him. He is a jewel to this hobby and I can’t say enough kind words about him. Maybe that’s what the OP is trying to convey.
