I'll take another but that's default mode on my android. I don't play with the settings to make the coin look better.
That would be counterproductive.
I will pull it out when I can and take another image.
Thank you

The photos are either way over exposed, or the coin has altered surfaces. The second shot of the reverse look like it has been “cooked” with too much dipping or excessively strong acid in the dip in the area around “UNITED” and “AMERICA.”

In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. Hard to tell. Pics seem over saturated.

Technically, looks very clean. Cannot judge luster or whether it is PL or not due to the over-saturation of the image.
I would say MS-66 possibly 67 based on the technical and making assumptions of the rest of the coin.

Looks as if it could go MS66, need better pictures though... Cheers, RickO
I am trying to take the best pictures I can. The coins is nice and frost which is what attracted me to it to begin with.

Try taking a pic in your hand, in natural light.
63, assuming there are no ‘altered surface’ issues going on.
Impossible to ascertain based on those images but I'll play at a 64.
Looks like it is still in the GSA holder so I'm going 64
I think MS65 is likely, but it is really tough to tell from the images you have provided.

It's the lighting. I have taken this coin in so many different types of light.

With the last photos, even with blurryiness, I feel it would garner a 65.

BTW, do you realize your phone will take the photo with voice activation rather than pressing a button? Will save many out of focus pics.
