Some Bears PC cards heading back from SGC. Personal favorites that I wanted slabbed. Nice action shots featuring Payton, a rookie Sayers, and some really nice blocking.

For the MMA collection. Fun facts: UFC Hall Of Famer Maurice Smith won the Heavyweight Championship in his UFC debut despite having a losing record. His title victory was his 6th win to go along with 7 losses. He's also from my hometown of Seattle.
Here is my 2nd entry this month for the limited print run 1988 Score Traded Glossy. This 3x All-star ranks in the top 10 in many Orioles offensive categories. Hit a then Oriole record 50 hr in 1996. Also a good friend of Cal Ripken Jr. Brady Anderson’s rookie card…

Can you explain the last sentence?
Sure, a couple things stand out.
Ripken was the one who announced Anderson’s entry into the Orioles HOF.
And during Ripken's induction ceremony to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2007, he described Anderson as simply his best friend.

Ah, you were claiming this to be the rookie card of a buddy of Ripken's. I thought you meant that this was a card of Anderson who happened to appear on Ripken's rookie card.

Two more added to the HoF Rookies set. Just 6 more cards to go! (And really, 5 more, since I'll never afford a Nagurski.) These two moved me up to #17 on the set list rankings.

@n49th Foxx is my favorite prewar player as well. I own a couple of his and have always said if money was no object he’s the player whose master set I’d collect.
I just couldn’t resist this one. It’s generally a beautiful copy, a considerable visual upgrade to my existing one, it came at a fair price and it is probably the last card I will ever buy for the set, too. Fitting, since it was also one of the first I landed when the chase began many years ago...

Great card...and congrats again on finishing the set. Admittedly I was not familiar with the Propagandas Montiel cards unitl I joined this board and followed your pursuit. Thank you for the education! I continue to learn so much here.
That ‘58 Koufax is gorgeous. I am looking for it in a 7 and that is nicer than any 7 I have found so far! The color and centering are both off the charts. Congrats on a great pick-up.

Thank you for the clarification.
You bet. I reworded it, it was a bit confusing.

A couple fun pickups this week.
First venture into prewar, so it may as well be my favorite player during this era.
Been working on a Topps era HOF pitcher run the past 2 years (no rookies, no repeat years).
The finish line is in sight after today's pickup.
39 down, '53 Paige to go!

Collect raw morgans, walkers, mercs, SLQ, barber q. Looking at getting into earlier date coins pre 1900s.
Picked up a solid 7 Hank and my first venture into the 80's OPCs.
Picked up this lot locally for $5. Easily worth it for the Ozzie and Ryan rookies.
I always like this card and finally won one in an auction.
Larvell is one of the coolest names ever.
Nice! I need a Lopes rookie.
