I'm not sure I agree that it has been "dipped" (and there is nothing overly wrong with that if it was).
To me, it looks like it might have PVC haze on the high points from storage in an old flip.
A bath in solvent (such as acetone) might take care of that.
If that is removable PVC haze, then I would grade it AU55.
Well... Late to the game.... I usually don't mind being late, EXCEPT when I would have guessed correctly... and that is the case here... Had AU55 right from the start. Cheers, RickO
