I was running certs at Great Collections over the weekend and get several and now here is an eBay coin with the same error, what gives??? Can someone else run this cert and see what you get?

I get them from time-to-time. In my experience, the weekends and around midnight (EST) are the most common times to receive them.

I get the cert page with TrueView as well. You may need to add a different browser if this continues.
A previous and similar thread. Don't know if any help though.

Happens to me all the time. I normally close the page and try again, then it works

I cleared my search history and so far after 6 verifications all have worked.
You have to make sure that you are on the cert verification page. Sometimes the app is asking for the PCGS "item" number and you will get this error message. Very confusing. You can also try the mobile cert verification which always works for mje.
I have not run into this issue, but I do not do cert verification as often as dealers or volume buyers.... Cheers, RickO
Still not having any problems since clearing my search history.
I am 87% sure It is related to the CloudFlare software that PCGS employs to protect against unwanted website access.
When I get this error, I resolve it by going to PCGS.com directly, at which point the CloudFlare software does a check before redirecting me to PCGS.com. Then, I revisit the cert in question, with no issues.
It's a corrupt cookie in the browser. Clear cookies for PCGS.com and restart browser. Happens on mine after marathon cert sessions.
