Anybody know who I contact about a broken TruView link?

I've had problems accessing the newest items in my inventory since a previous order back in 8/2022, received 10/2022 (so its been a problem for a while). I believe I have recently deduced it to a broken TV link. I forget what the contact ID is for this. I'd like to forward this on.
I have tried the registry support, and while they were helpful about a recent potential database issue where I could not access the inventory at all, I have got no traction on this problem for a while. I even informed them of my findings. Possibly just swamped with other issues?
Here are the details.
This coin (cert # 45924501) seems to NOT have the TV show for it.

This is what I get when I select View All Images, which has a broken link, and this is the
"link" that gets copied from the broken image (2nd in the list).
(Here is the 1st image ion the list -

)
I feel if this were fixed, I may get my entire inventory viewable again.
Thx.

I am not sure which section/group is responsible for this. However, could try the photography group. Just delete the space between @ PCGSPhoto to 'tag' them to this thread.
Or can email them at photography@collectors.com if you wish to go the email route.
@ PCGSPhoto
This looks to be the TV. So it appears to be as you noted, a problem with linking or similar.

Yup - I was able to download all the TV pix a while ago, but like you mentioned, it appears to be a bad link back to the database (from the cert page and inventory). Thx.
Thanks @MetroD. I didnt think to go thru the front door, so just emailed info at PCGS, and let them pass it along. I forwarded the email I originally sent to registry support with more details.
Its been on-going for a while, hope they fix it.
@stawick... Good luck with your problem.... Please inform us if you get it fixed, and how it was resolved. Could help others who may encounter the issue. Cheers, RickO
Good idea Rick.
And I'll list how I came about a possible solution, in case that helps.
.
I noticed the problem right after adding the latest orders to my inventory. I reduced the number of items per page to 25, and the issue (like a 403 access error) followed to the last page. I was pretty sure I got all the TVs downloaded for every coin from the order invoice online, so that was odd. But recently I went to the cert page for each coin and observed the pics associated with each. The 1 cert / coin noted above appeared to have a broken link - out of my control. That was the only difference among all the coins in the 2 or 3 orders in that time frame. I hope thats it, and it gets resolved.
The obverse shows up on the Cert page, but not the reverse or TrueView

On or about 5/9 they fixed the link and my entire inventory is viewable now.
I thanked them for addressing this.
