Nice quarters. Why am I so off with the 1820? The photo indicates a fair amount of luster still present in the protected areas around stars and letters and in the devices. I see this as a weak strike versus VF level wear. With this much luster present I would have expected better than a 30. What am I missing?
As far as I can see, you're missing nothing. I believe it to be under graded. TY
