1881 S Morgan With An Almost 'White' Obverse. But Something Messed Up The Reverse.

With all these photo threads lately I was a little reluctant to post this one. But I will just do my normal disclaimer:
I am not a photographer, not even an amateur one. Just my now 20+ year old snap-o'matic camera. Okay I will do a white balance. So a little photo caution.

Also I was lazy last night and didn't even crop anything.

First thing to do - turn on the speakers (music) as this is about enjoyment. And then the photos (oh I was also working on some 'older' type coins so it was more than just this).

Here it is 1881 S with an almost 'white' obverse. Kind of clean with a sheen.

But something messed up the reverse! What happened here - ugh. ;)

I moved the lights to rotate the cartwheel (luster beams - a 12 to 6) for a different view.

The light are about the same position as the first reverse photo but with different bulb types.

I guess this qualifies as a reverse 'toner'.

Any other reverse 'toners' out there? Post up.

PS - A few weeks ago I bought some 100W equivalent LED bulbs because I wanted to try them out - the stronger W bulb on the LED. Last night I completely forgot about them. And that is the way the memory goes. :)
