I had a feeling this one might get figured out. If I were you I would not hesitate to go to the police station in the same precinct where the pawn shop who likely unknowingly purchased your stolen coins is located. File a report with them and I am pretty sure they will retrieve your property. I would like to advise that you do not go directly to that pawn shop first. Let law enforcement, enforce the law. If you go to that pawn shop they may tell you anything to avoid a loss. They won't do that with police.
