Lord Marcovan is now 4th that I know of in the forum provenance for this coin... having been one of them, I shan't guess, but I will say it might have a tad more luster than you think 😀
USAF (Ret) 1974 - 1994 - The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings; the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries. Remembering RickO, a brother in arms.
If I didn’t know the answer and was coming at this one cold like most of y’all are, I’d have said VF35 myself.

Ooh, interesting. Do tell! I look forward to seeing it in hand. It is en route.
@lkeigwin sold me this coin some years ago, it helped me finish up my 1813 marriages. @drddm pounced on it when I sold off my first set of bust halves... and now it's yours!.
Lance may have gotten here from another member for all I know..😀>

I remember it. O.106. I bought it on ebay in Nov. 2013. My notes:
Typical weakness for the variety, lower left stars flat, bust drapery weak, left end of scroll weak (though this is better than average). Overton says about half all specimens seen have UNITED almost entirely blotted out. Nice surfaces, full dentils, graded properly.
Nice to see my pictures stayed with the coin!
Lance.
