What a delightful 1921 Peace! Even in the better grades, many of these don't have the eye appeal as yours.
The two contact marks directly in front of Liberty's face might hold back the grade a bit (?).
MS65 is still my take.

MS64. A 1921 without a great strike is a great differentiator for this particular date. This coin could be a 66 if the hair had much more definition. Very difficult to find a 21 with a great strike, even on Coin Facts. And some on CF with weak strikes are graded 66. But why pay 66 money for a coin that is weakly struck?

Typical striking deficiencies aside, the coin appears to blow away most MS65 examples I’ve seen, so I’ll guess MS66. Frankly, I’m very surprised at all of the MS65 and lower grade guesses.
Edited to add: I could see the coin as a 65+, but it easily looks too nice to be graded 65.

Im in the 65 camp. I would say +, but the coin looks to be in an older holder before + grades were used.

Could be 66. The slightly mottled color in the rays left of the eagle’s head make me think it might have dipped at one point.
Either way, despite the typical strike, 65 or 66. I’m leaning toward 66.

Notoriously poor strikes on 1921's... I'll say MS65 too...

I’ve seen these in 66 holders that lack the highest hair detail, but with great luster. A little blotchy, but still has nice eye appeal so ……66 is my guess.

Strange looking blobs on the hair over the hair as well as being fairly flat, dip residue in a few areas, numerous small tics on the eagle's wing. MS 64 on a good day, may even be a no grade. I would pass on this one.
I'm brothered by the flat, almost smooth hair over the ear. Has the look there of a high AU coin. Because of that I'll guess MS64.
65, but all 21’s look AU to me.

Same here. My initial thought was AU55, but judging from all the well informed guesses in this thread, shows me I know nothing about Peace Dollar grading. I know the 1921 has notoriously poor strike quality, but my eye was caught by all the hairlines on the right obverse field, and what looks like rub on the reverse eagles feathers.

Sometimes, I think people try to see how low they can go without looking totally foolish.
Low grades = conservatively graded = good!
High grades = overgraded = bad!
Hmm, my guess was good but I was under the impression that all the gold shield holders were prongs, not the old fashioned gaskets. Learn something new every day!

My guess is that the lines in the right obverse field are die polish lines. And the eagle’s feathers are typically rather weak/flat on 1921 Peace dollars.

Overly low grades also = bad
I guessed the grade as a 64 "generously" based upon the flat hair strike. Not all 21's have a poor strike illustrated by the lack of definition in Ms. Liberty's hair. In fact, when I review all of the Coin Facts images most all that are graded between 65 and 67 have poorly struck hair. PCGS seems to not consider strike quality in 21's because there are very few that have a strong strike. However, strike is much more a determinant factor in years 1922-1935.
IMHO grading for Peace Dollars should be standard across the entire series regarding strike quality. This might mean that there would be no 66 & 67's and that the maximum grade would only be a 65 due to strike. I own the following two 21's that I bought because they have a strong strike.
And a strong strike and very few marks only graded a 63. Plus nice lustre. Will send for re-grade some day along with the RAW coin also shown. Interesting that the MS-63 I posted has no die polish lines below the Y in LIBERTY. Probably an original die, and not a recycled die.
