It looks original enough to my eye. Chances are, it was probably dipped at some point, but it looks nice, so it doesn't really matter. It would pass as original and would straight grade I believe (VF25 or 30)

I see no overt signs of a cleaning. That doesn't mean it hasn't been cleaned a long time ago but it doesn't come off as un-natural. Overall I like the look of the coin. The only thing I find distracting is the reverse scratch through I2 and into the field between the arrow heads and C1/A3. Staple scratch from being carelessly removed from a 2x2 perhaps?
Not cleaned in the sense of what you are thinking. Did some kid have it in his pocket when he tubed down the river? Looks perfectly pocket carried to my eye.

Alot of old silver coins were cleaned at some time until the "Cleaning coins BAD" was introduced into numismatics. But it looks like it should sraight grade.........

IMHO, yes it has been cleaned, but it has been a while and it is starting to retone. I like the circ cam look.
That's what I'm thinking but dealer says no.
Looks fine to me.

Ever cleaned? Probably (very likely)
Straight grade? Probably (fairly likely)

Perfect summary.
Possible very light burnishing. Good chance it would straight grade.
If so, probably long ago, and not in an obnoxious way. It looks market acceptable, for what that's worth.

I think it still has some original on it, but might have been brightened with something that’s not too harsh.

The coin does not demonstrate obvious cleaning traits... I believe it would straight grade. Cheers, RickO
