If beating a PAC 12 team that was missing their star QB is the best win Penn State has thats just sad. The Pac 12 hasnt been relevant since Carrol left USC.
Bama beat Texas at Texas,
Ironic that you would diss Penn State for beating a team missing their QB and then the first win you highlight for Alabama is over Texas - who was missing their QB.
Ewiers played a lot of the game before getting hurt. That was also a road game in Texas.
He played less than half the game.
He took a hit that was the result of Alabama defense and replaced by a former starter. They also still had arguably the best RB in football with Bijan
Yep. A hit that's illegal in the NFL, FWIW.
"former starter" is just a nice way of saying a guy isn't good.

And he played less than a quarter of the game.
There was nothing illegal about tackling him. Its only illegal in the NFL if its a superstar getting special treatment which frankly has gone to far and might as well be two hand touch for QBs
Using the school just okay? Troy Smith is the only OSU QB in NFL history to even be .500 at 4-4.. Kent Graham so far is the only one thats done anything and thats being generous. Him and Troy Smith are the only two OSU QBs to have more TDs than INTs. Justin Fields is their best QB aside from Gram and Fields numbers arent great. 17 TDs and 11 picks last year is hardly elite. OSU has never put an elite or even average QB in the pros to date if we just go off schools.
I guess you forgot to look up Joe Burrow's numbers.
Joe Borrow is LSU. He threw 39 passes at OSU before graduating and transferring. Him transferring just shows how bad OSU has been at spotting QB talent and trying to claim him as OSU just makes it even worse
Nah, he's from Ohio and he GRADUATED from Ohio State.

Try again.
''I'm still a Buckeye'' ...his own words.
Of course he says that playing for an Ohio team and wanting to make money. Doesnt change the fact he threw 39 passes there in his career
@Maywood said:
Burrow wasn't benched, he was injured. Also, an athlete in the NCAA can transfer if he wants too, the school he's leaving can't stop him.
I get it, @Basebal21 likes Alabama and hates OSU, that's OK. Just make an attempt to dabble in fact.
The transfer rule was not in place at the time of Burrow, that is a well known fact. OSU would have had to give him permission. He graduated a semester early to get out of there and was only allowed to go play for LSU because he was a graduate transfer. Now a player can transfer but at the time you had to graduate or be given permission and the school could absolutely stop you. Just as the school could have recruited him to stay but was unable to keep a QB that had the best season of any college QB in history. If you want to argue that wouldnt have happened at OSU than thats just more of a knock that he got better after leaving.
OSU has which was the one bright spot for the B1G has done basically under Ryan Day. He won 2 conference championships (2020 6 game season really shouldnt count) lost to Michigan twice in a row now, lost to Clemson in the first round of the playoffs his first year, Got blown out by Bama the next year in the finals, lost to Georgia last year ion the first round

Wrong. Because he knows once a Buckeye always a Buckeye. 2022 team lost to Georgia because of a terrible non call(Nick Saban agrees)
