Kudos to Heritage Auctions for excellent customer service

Since people only post complaints, I think it's only fair to post compliments.

I won 2 lots in the world coin auction last night. One of the lots was 100 coin raw lot. They are small coins with a total weight of only a few ounces. The HA shipping calculator automatically calculated the shipping rate for 101 coins.

I emailed them at 9:00 am Eastern. They emailed back at 10:30 am. And they adjusted the shipping by a little after noon.

I also noted in my $3 gold post that I received my coin roughly 2 weeks after purchase, which was a very respectable turnaround time from HA.

It is good to see posts with complimentary information. There are many complaints posted, but few with the good words. At the volume of business, obviously the good transactions outnumber the issues by multitudes. But the bad news gets the press. Much like the general media today. Cheers, RickO
