Does this look like a proof to anyone?

Maybe it's early and I haven't had enough coffee? But does this coin look like a proof to anyone? Just processing coins that ive been backed up on for months and hit this one.I sort of see proofy looking similarities?
I'm not well versed in older proofs and especially circulated proofs?
Am I just seeing what's not there or what?

If I'm being brutally honest It looks like an AU that's been cleaned and artificially toned.

I like brutal honesty. Thats the other way I was leaning was cleaned or polished or something. It's not a super attractive coin just though since my brain is in a fog I would ask
HAPPY COLLECTING
Harshly cleaned and polished VF30/35 or so. Not close to AU.

No way, no how is that a proof. It's also not an AU that someone else guessed at, but significantly lower in grade and has been boinked to heck and back.

This is a Proof.
Apparently my previous assessment was too generous.

Definitely not a proof... And I like @TomB's assessment... "boinked to heck and back"...

Whizzed and doctored coins often look like something they aren't.
