As far as the Peace dollar goes, I don’t care for the look of it. It’s rare I find a Peace dollar with toning that catches my eye.
If the dark red rust spots weren't there, I'd like it, but close to environmentally damaged. If dipped I believe some of them will leave a shadow that can never be removed, and in the prime focal area. I'd avoid.
It’s absolutely awful. The worst dog I have seen in MS63 holder. The tarnish damage will get worse as time goes on. I acquired one similar from estate take it all or pass deal - blew it out on the bay starting it at melt. It did better than I thought I guess it’s a matter of taste.

If you are going for an ugly negative eye appeal toning set, this would fit well.

I love nicely toned coins of all kinds, especially Peace $'s. However that one is Yoogly, that's ugly with a capital Yoo.
