Back in 2003 I bought a folder of Barber quarters for what I thought was a great deal - 26 coins for $75. Fast forward to present day I have more like 150 of them and they account for about a third of my total collection. What started out small and was slowly added to over the years and upgraded to the point of only one of the original coins remaining (and that one is still there on purpose to remind me of that original purchase date).
I hope the original poster has fun with his hobby because over the years I've met thousands of folks in my travels and personal interviews and having an enjoyable hobby seems to be a common thread in their degree of happiness in their lives.

Pat, I’m sorry to hear that and don’t feel that you have anything to be embarrassed about. What you wrote was based on good intentions and worthy of serious consideration. No one knew at that point where it was going for sure. Your comments kept that door open, the right thing. Others like @DeplorableDan sized him up quickly, and helpfully posted the ROAD CLOSED AHEAD warning sign, which turned out to be prophetic once the OP's delight in antagonizing people became disappointingly clear.
The only thing missing was a pictures of popcorn.

I get the feeling that the Facebook and social media trends are lying and misleading people and eventually they find their way here and get defensive when told that it's not as they were told...

There is nothing in the TOS that prevents you from having the dumpster on fire, or not.
If you seriously want the dumpster on fire, the specs should say so.
Equally, if you do not want the dumpster on fire, the specs should say no fire.
