Uphill date counterfeit 1919-S Mercury Dime

Here's a counterfeit 1919-S dime listed on eBay as a 1919 where the date runs uphill. Didn't I see another Mercury counterfeit on here recently where the date ran uphill like this?
His only other coin is genuine, so perhaps he was fooled. However, please report it.
