Apparently, this Proof Buff Nickel was one of the first coins struck from freshly polished dies. Any distractions/reflections you see are on the photos and not on the coin in hand. Followed by a lustrous Eagle.

A day without fine wine and working on your coin collection is like a day without sunshine!!!
My best 30's coin would be the PCGS MS66 1939D WLH purchased from @MFeld over 15 years ago. The obverse had splashes of orange, red-orange and mulberry, while the reverse showed subtle light-amber toning. Russ (RIP) started a thread about it entitled "A Walker that fell from the top of the yum yum tree." The comments were pretty funny. I miss Russ, though I've never met him.
My favorite (from @JJM): "Oh My!! The yum yum tree must have had "you suck" soil !!!!!!!!!!!!"
Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of it, and I doubt @MFeld has any pictures saved after all these years.
So, I'll go with my chocolate toned EF Texas, which is the nicest circulated Texas I've ever seen. I may submit this for grading/stickering because I'd love to have a TrueView of this coin. Same with the MS66 1939D. Too many memories, not enough photos.

I am fond of this one.

Can you elaborate on what we are looking at here on this coin?

Looking for Top Pop Mercury Dime Varieties & High Grade Mercury Dime Toners.
It's a toned Buffalo Nickel that I like to call "All American Blues".
Nice run of walkers, @AdamL.
This one needs better imaging, taken at the bank sdb some years ago. I was trying to show the unusual PL fields and cameo appearance the coin has:

With the price of gold having moved into the 1930s this week we have seen some 1930s gold coin postings on the 1850s gold thread.

I have a nice 1932 MS65+ $10 Indian, but I liked the one @winesteven posted more, so this 1930 was all I could come up with.
