    Cameroon is a small country in Central Africa. Many small third world countries sign contracts with major mints to produce and market fancy non-circulation legal tender coins (NCLT) in precious metals to sell to collectors for profit. These small third-world countries get a royalty. Agree that this is an attractive design. They will probably become available on the secondary market for less money.
