PCGS label shows MS64 and UNC detail

Anacs would do MS60 with unc details but I don’t think I've ever seen a PCGS coin labeled like this. The two sold I researched on GC do not say unc detail so maybe the graders notes were added to the label of this one.

This explains it. However, it is kind of strange that pcgs coinfacts list it as:
1978 $1 MW3 C/M on 1923 $1 Camp David Peace Summit (Regular Strike)
but then the holder MS grade is for the peace dollar.

PCGS does this with some countermarked coins-there are two grades, one for the host coin and one for the countermark.
That label is a hot mess
Once the explanation is provided, it all makes sense. Though, I am surprised it is not done on many other countermarked coins. Cheers, RickO
