Tab Toned Commemorative Half-Dollars.

I seem to recall discussion some time ago that centered around tab toning on Commems and that there were about 12-13 Commemorative types which were mailed out in that style of holder. I searched the archives but couldn't find anything. Can someone give a comprehensive list of the coins which come with this type of tone?? A picture would be nice, also. Thanks in advance.
