If it wasn't harshly cleaned (correct me if I'm wrong but it looks that way to me), what do you think it would grade at? Yes, I do have it in hand.
I'd guess it around 64.
Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc
Lots of hairlines on the obverse ... definitely wiped
Cleaned, ChAU details

Shame it was cleaned, Nice strike for an 08-O. Full claw and arrow feathers and almost full shield lines
Assuming some of the marks and a scratch were there before the harsh cleaning, probably ms 63.
It was an AU before it was scrubbed to death.
Other than the cleaning/wipe I see no wear indicating circulation. In MS67 the coin has an odd strike to the lips that may be considered wear but it is not. Here's a CoinFacts MS67+ for comparison.
In particular, Liberty's cheek and cap appear to exhibit wear, so I'll go with AU details, harshly cleaned.

Too bad about the cleaning, but AU looks about right. Cheers, RickO
I am in the AU and Cleaned camp, too.
Harshly cleaned AU.
