If it wasn't harshly cleaned (correct me if I'm wrong but it looks that way to me), what do you think it would grade at? Yes, I do have it in hand.

Shame it was cleaned, Nice strike for an 08-O. Full claw and arrow feathers and almost full shield lines
Assuming some of the marks and a scratch were there before the harsh cleaning, probably ms 63.
It was an AU before it was scrubbed to death.

Other than the cleaning/wipe I see no wear indicating circulation. In MS67 the coin has an odd strike to the lips that may be considered wear but it is not. Here's a CoinFacts MS67+ for comparison.

In particular, Liberty's cheek and cap appear to exhibit wear, so I'll go with AU details, harshly cleaned.
