PCGS graded it 61 PL.

62PL maybe 63PL on a good day.
4pl-I'm often surprised at how high they grade. But they do show scuffs and scrapes way more than non pl/dpl coins, so I suppose it's the right way to do it.
Seems to be a lot of chatter on the obverse so I would guess 62
Even making allowance for CCs being baggier coins as a rule, I'd call it 63PL, which means they gave it a 64PL.
Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc
I would be at a 62PL
I'll also say 62pl
62 PL here too.

This is a typical look for the date. PL63 with about a 50% shot at 64 which suggests PL63+ seems reasonable. The CC Morgans are baggy for various reasons. The quality of the product for the most part is excellent especially for 82-84. The standard for grading these remains a work in progress given how they were handled, stored and transported. Keep in mind that bag marks on PL surfaces are magnified and look worse than they are.
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
62PL, unless in a GSA holder, in which case I'd guess 63PL.
My grade would be MS-62 PL because of the marks on the cheek.
62 or 63, but leaning to 62. There is a lot of marking on her cheek.
63 seems reasonable.
63, but wouldn't be surprised by 62.

62, too many marks on her cheek.
63 no CAC
MS-62 PL. I would have said 61, but the reverse is decent.
I’m at 63PL - they are lenient on 82 to 84 CC Morgan’s imo
Enough chatter to keep it away from 64 imo, beautiful coin

Grade reveal: 61PL.
Thanks to everyone for playing.
61 seems very tough
Wow! I’m surprised.
Nice CC Morgan... I would have guessed 62.... Cheers, RickO
@Treashunt agreed. I thought 62+/63 in hand before sending to PCGS.
At least you got the PL
That's weird, I actually got the correct grade! I think it's a first!!
@Che_Grapes no kidding!
@AUandAG you're the winner!!!
That is a little tough. Here are some 63PL's from CoinFacts to compare to yours. The 62PL's on CoinFacts are far worse than your obverse. Maybe an email to pcgs with a copy of these grades might get you a free regrade. Who knows.
@jesbroken thanks for the time and information. That is a great idea. Either that or sending it to CAC in hopes of the gold bean.
Yeah 61 seems low to me as well.
61 seems low, based on the TV. It must look turdly in hand compared to the TV.
Go for a gold cac.
