Going to Long Beach and have some questions

Which dealers give the closest prices to the spot price of silver for circulated US silver coins?
I have a relatively rare 1952 British Six Pence Coin. It's not silver. It's the rarest Six Pence coin minted in 125 years. Do you think any of the foreign coin people in Long Beach may be interested in it?
All of the other foreign coins I'm bringing will go into the bulk bin; I just want to get rid of them.

I didn't chat for too long with the foreign dealers beyond looking for chopmarked crowns but there were many fewer foreign dealers than I expected at the last LB (which was my first visit).
Certainly worthwhile asking, someone will be interested for sure....just might not be at the price you want
The local SoCal dealers won't have to pack the coins for a flight home or pay to ship them back, so that might be a place to start...
do the big shows still use the app with the coin locator on it? i'm wondering if that would also work for bullion.

If your going looking to sell bullion Od suggest stopping by a dealer from Arizona . I believe the name was bear valley coin or something like that. They pay cash and offered more then any of the dealers I spoke to last time I was there.
No clue on the foreign stuff… but if you have one piece that’s high end I’d take it straight to CRO.
If anyone offers you less than spot (roughly 13.5x face value) for 90% junk silver in this market... run... don't ever deal with that dealer again on any deal. There are premiums on just about all physical silver, including 90% junk.
Let me know what 90% silver you're looking to sell, I'm a buyer.
What sort of condition is the 1952 sixpence?
Will be at the show, table 636.

Regarding the six pence, run it by Karl Stephens or Glenn Schinke. I've sold to both of them and been pleased with their offers.
Be sure to post a show report.... especially with the going bullion prices. Good luck with your coins. Cheers, RickO
If you are selling 90% AU Franklins or Kennedy's you can expect to receive about 20x face or $200 a roll. Same for VF Walkers. If XF Walkers then about $220. Premiums are really high right now. Those are prices I received on Friday.

Mike, the sixpence looks VF, maybe XF. Have 25-30 Mercs & Roosies. More common older Mercs (1920s) if I can get a small premium for them.

I agree
@Elcontador How did you make out with your six pence?
