Struck Thru Or PMD (Kennedy Half)

Looks like some sort of pin maybe? I really dont know. Help Appreciated!

    I don't think its necessary in this particular case to show a pic of the reverse. It's apparent that it's a strike through. You're only adding extra busy work that won't change the conclusions

    Ya, Its ok! Thats why I didnt. Some like to see if there is reverse damage.

    Is there much of a premium for this Struck Thru? $10 to $20 maybe?

    IMO, images of both sides of a coin is very important in determining a coin’s strike/issue. It should always be provided.
    A one sided view can hide the strike’s peculiarity.

    It would show metal displacement if it were damaged. So yes, it's legit.

    Based on the original pics, no evidence of displaced metal, and comments by a very knowledgeable error dealer that it's a strike through, you still think there is a possibility that it could be damage and need to see the reverse?

    If the OP had asked about the grade, I fully agree that both sides are needed, but he just wanted to know if it was an error. No reason to ask the OP to do busywork that's not needed in this case, IMO
