newly graded buffalo's: 28-D and 36-S, GTG

Thoughts on grade for these guys sought, no peaking please. I'll share a more complete backstory after some guesses come in. For now, the rhyme and reason for each piece:
The allure of the 28-D for me was the early did state, booming luster, and much above average strike for the date. These typically come with very mushy central details, often with uncompressed planchet that leaves a 'chattered' look on the surface.
The original intent on the 36-S was to add it to a capital plastics short set I was doing, but the piece exceeded all expectactions on the sellers image, so I decided to add to my registry sets.

Nice ones, 28-D looks like a 65 easy, and the 36-S a 66 or 66+.
Both at MS65.
28 D at 65 and that gorgeous 36 S at 67+

not my series, but I was thinking 64 or 64+ for the 28-D and 66ish on the 36-S
both are really attractive examples

Not my series either but that 36-S is absolutely stunning! 66, maybe 66+?
I'm thinking 65 on the 28-D... I figure these typically come with a mushy strike.

Thanks for everyone that ventured a guess. Both were purchased as 65s, then cracked out.
The 28-D was purchased in an OGH, but then can back as a 64. Cleary I thought it was an upgrade candidate. Having owned several 28-Ds over the years and having looked at a whole bunch more, this one has superior strike, super early die state, and luster that had 66 written all over it. Eye appeal is also very high, in my opinion. There are some dings on the reverse that the Truview has caught in their worst possible light, but in hand they would be acceptable at a higher grade.
The 36-S was purchased NGC 65. It now resides in PCGS 67 plastic. Clearly I had a gut reaction when I got it - too nice for raw set. 67 is the highest grade I have ever pulled. True, it is a blazer, with great color and surfaces devoid of any hits of mention. 67 is a bit out of my sandbox, and I am still a tad surprised at the uber grade.
At a purely transactional level I should be more happy that the $100 coin became a $1000 coin that upset that the $500 coin became a $200 coin. The thing is I had/have much more conviction that the 28-d was/is an upgrade candidate than I believed the 36-s would pull a Uber grade. IN my heart of hearts I think 64 on the 28-D is just silly, so it will be going back. I'm very happy with a 67 on the 36-S.

Great grade on the 36 S. I truly thought it would plus grade for the beautiful toning. It is so much better looking than either of my 66's I felt it would 67 and glad it did.

I'd not settle for a 64 on that 28-D either. Congrats on the 67, that doesn't surprise me one bit.
