The true error experts can correct me, but my understanding is for an off-center strike to be of any numismatic value, some of the devices (a component other than the rim) must be missing.
You can look up off center and misaligned dies here

Why do you think a 1982 copper cent is special? What research have you done?
If you haven't noticed, it appears that the members who are taking the time to help you are starting to lose interest. There is an unbelievable amount of knowledge regarding errors and varieties on this board and you're going to end up on ignore lists. What a waste. Show us you're trying and not just holding out handfuls of pocket change hoping someone else will do the work for you.
I guess I’ll be that guy that says, “yes! Submit them all!”
Then you will have some tuition and learning experience to base future searches and assessments on.

From the pictures there is no way to tell if any of these coins are varieties or errors. Your "Off centers" are just "Mis Aligned Die" strikes (MAD). MAD coins have offsets only on one side. True Off Center Strikes are equally off on both sides. For a MAD strike coin to have a premium, the letters around the rim should be spilling over the rim of the coin

No. Minor die misalignment are common with minimal curiosity value. The rest of it looks like nothing except die deterioration or machine doubling.
If you ever find anything, how much are you going to pay us for our work?

@Sergs... Once again, nothing of numismatic interest or value. Just common cents. Cheers, RickO
