    No. Minor die misalignment are common with minimal curiosity value. The rest of it looks like nothing except die deterioration or machine doubling.

    The true error experts can correct me, but my understanding is for an off-center strike to be of any numismatic value, some of the devices (a component other than the rim) must be missing.

    From the pictures there is no way to tell if any of these coins are varieties or errors. Your "Off centers" are just "Mis Aligned Die" strikes (MAD). MAD coins have offsets only on one side. True Off Center Strikes are equally off on both sides. For a MAD strike coin to have a premium, the letters around the rim should be spilling over the rim of the coin
