Something about this old buffalo nickel "spoke" to me:

One of two buffalos in OGH PCGS holders that rolled into a local shop yesterday. Both Gen 3.0, I think (1990-1993).
Picked up the first, then picked up the second. Put it down, picked it up. Picked it up, put it down. Repeated about 5 more times...

Great snag!

Definitely a precursor to what would become the two feather die. One typically does not see the 1919 with that amount of clashing. A nice pick up for sure.

Really clear die clash on a very nice Buff nickel.... Great find, I understand why you chose to get it. Cheers, RickO
That is a Great Looking Buff, I would not have to look at it twice, first Glance would have done it for me. What a Great pick-up. You do not see them Hammered like that. what was the second one that you saw?
I don't remember! I think it was a 1916, possibly a 16-S. Definitely an MS62.
