Get the image on your desktop and drag it into the posting box.

  • I tried that, but someone just shared that I might be too new. I'm too old to wait very long :) Thanks for your answer. Have a safe 4th.

Looks like you joined on June 27th? Should have been plenty time to have picture capability. Try/click on the last icon at the top of the posting box. Looks like a Mountain in a square, that's the "Insert an Image" icon.

Your Role is Applicant. At some point the moderator(s) will review and approve and your Role will be Member. When your Role is Member it will be easier to load photos. Until then here is the method that worked for me.

You need to have the photo on a hosting website. At that website you need to copy the Image Address (not copy Image). Then at the comment box click on the top right icon and a drop down box appears with Image URL. Paste the copied Image Address. Then hit Enter. If it loads some text into the comment box it probably worked. You can verify by clicking the Preview button. Use Edit to go back. If it does nothing, then it probably won't work from that hosting site. Some hosting site work others do not.

If you just want to check what you are doing is correct, then go to any pcgs coinfacts image and do the above. Those worked every time I tried them. Here is some that you could copy Image Address to test.

Well what the Heck, do they think this is like the July 4th weekend buildup with vacations and relaxation? :D

@isamucoinandcurrency ... Welcome aboard. In the meantime, you can post a link to a photo and we can check it out. Cheers, RickO

  • Oh RickO, If I only knew how to post a link to a photo. I am going to visit my grandkids and have them bring me into the 21st century.
