Books on Barber Coinage

I have had this book for several years and it has been a great reference, even though it was written/published back in 2009. Does anyone have other recommendations for the series(either dimes or the other denominations) that are more recent?

IMHO there really isn't a great book about Barbers.
The Barber Coin Collectors’ Club has an education & resources section on their website.
I do have the Whitman Guide Book of Barber Silver Coins…about three-fourths of it is a date by date synopsis including estimated availability/scarcity, striking characteristics, and (now) outdated prices—there’s more (and better) information on CoinFacts so not sure how useful it is unless you need a quick physical reference.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
The Resources thread at the top of forum page 1 has some online free ones (in first post) but are older not newer at NNP. They are by David Lawrence and title The Complete Guide to Barber dimes/quarters/halves. Might be a newer version out there if they look okay.

You really don't want to collect Barber Dimes. I'll be happy to take this outdated book off of your hands.
Well, for fun I am sharing this. I began collecting circulated Barber Halves 1999-2000. In my freshman zeal, I wrote an article that was published in the Barber Coin Collector's Society: 2002 volume 12.
I didn't know all that much. Mostly, I just wanted to post pictures of my coins of which I was really proud.
Enjoy.
When you are as entrenched into a series like you are, I can understand why you would feel that way. But I think David Lawrence's books from the early 90's are a good starting point of scarcity in the series when just dipping your toes in. JMO.
Edit: I just reread and saw the "more recent" part, and IMO David Bowers' book is good, but it doesn't probably drill down to finer points of dimes you may be looking for.
I know a buyer for that 93-S
. I actually have that issue too.
I love the David Lawrence books. Tons of great info and rarity details.
When I first began collecting Barbers, I was able to exchange a few emails with David, many years ago. He was truly The Man.
Dave
I agree, Dave's books were far ahead of his time.
The only problem was that he was basically working without the help of others.
Dave loved Barbers
