So when I was going through eBay I came across the following coin. What it must be a 39, checked the date and indeed it was a 38. I actually thought there’s no way, this is a major discovery. I almost slammed the BIN but then I decided to check the rev die. It was conspicuously missing a key attribute. I need more coffee
