Looks like a trifecta. Die break, which chipped, and which also appears to have slight planchet lamination around the break (although I may be wrong on that last part).

Good question. Its a die crack/break going through the W, but I think the vertical part that looks chipped on the head may be a corrosion blister
A little bit closer picture. It looks like it oozed out of crack and dripped down head
Large die chip or small die break..... take your pick.
