Unable to see my submissions online at the PCGS website

or does everyone have the same issue and think our hosts are probably having some sort of system update happening on Tuesday afternoon.

I'm seeing some weirdness ... an order that WAS all the way to QA only shows RECEIVED now, and when I go to order details, it looks like it gets intermittent database errors. Sometimes it shows up as it was prior, w/o grades yet.

See the other thread on status going back to "Received". Obviously some kind of system wide problem today...

I had an order that was in encapsulation go back to grading??

I had an order go from encapsulation back to received. And I thought I was close to getting my grades. Guess I’ve got another 3 month wait to do the process all over again

Thank you all for confirming that I am not off my rocker and imagining things.

Perhaps system overhaul in progress I s'pose.

Hopefully all the issues get resolved quickly.

now I have no orders in the system. I think someone will get a talking to. I've been waiting for a call back for 2.5 hours.

It seems a little block of text or a splash at the top of landing pages saying something like "we are experiencing technical issues with our online submission tracking feature. Rest assured your orders will continue to be processed while we resolve this issue. Please check back for updates" would be nice.

All except for the coins being graded. That won't happen soon.

Aaaaaaand it's back online now.

Hopefully it stays on and keeping fingers crossed that the grading/encapsulation/TV pics process becomes much faster.
